3D modelling using our CAD / CAM facility allows us to produce complex shapes downloading Iges models direct from the team’s live portal speeds up the communication process.
Our extensive experience covers the handling of difficult materials which are common to the Formula 1 industry.
We have experience machining aerospace grade Aluminium alloys, Titanium, Wolfmet, Miraging Steels.
The number and type of components we have manufactured in this sector are wide and varied, but include most machining disciplines such as Spark and Wire erosion, 5 Axis Machining, and CNC turning.
Having supplied World Championship teams components for over 8 years we can be relied upon to produce your parts right 1st time, on time!
We also supply components for use in a number of Formula 1 team gearboxes.

New Manual Centre Lathe
Through continued expansion, and investment, we have just completed work on the installation of a new manual centre lathe “Trens SN710S”
In certain circumstances it is quicker to manufacture components on manual machines. The new lathe increases the capacity and the size of work we can carry out in this area. Capable of machining 2 metres between centres. And up to 720mm Dia.
