Precision Machining and Component Engineering Services

Manufacturing Strength through commitment...

Although we receive the majority of our work as conventional 2D drawings investment in the latest CAD/CAM facilities allows us to work with electronic drawings, in either 2D or 3D which have the benefit of being able to be sent by electronic mail. This complements the high speed machining centres reducing downtime and maximising component production.

So that we can maintain our competitive advantage we implement a programme of continuous tool investment, which means the purchase of tools by direct consultation with our clients, once again reflecting our commitment in their product growth and development.

The use of both manual and CNC machines provides a manufacturing balance in our market sectors typically our plant consists of  the following processes:

  • CAD/CAM
  • Conventional Machining
  • CNC Machining
  • Wire Erosion
  • Spark Erosion
  • Inspection Facilities

Delivering Quality Through Investment...

Quality is the very cornerstone of our business.  Our ISO 9001accreditation demonstrates our commitment to pursuing optimum quality precision engineering components. Every order is comprehensively checked prior to dispatch. To maintain the high standards  expected we use sophisticated CMM measuring equipment throughout our inspection process.

CMM Software Update

Investment in the latest technology CMM software and revised probes ensures inspection is carried out with maximum efficiency. Reinforcing our ability to maintain quality and on time delivery.

New Manual Centre Lathe

Through continued expansion, and investment, we have just completed work on the installation of a new manual centre lathe “Trens SN710S”
In certain circumstances it is quicker to manufacture components on manual machines. The new lathe increases the capacity and the size of work we can carry out in this area. Capable of machining 2 metres between centres. And up to 720mm Dia.
